A few weeks ago we went to Columbus to visit my dear friend Lori and Crystal, the best aunt ever. We stopped at Lori's house to meet Charolette, the new addition to their family. Next we headed to the zoo. The weather was great and the company was even better. The kids had fun climbing on the gorilla statues, this is always a favorite. Crystal spoiled Ashton and carried him THE WHOLE DAY. He always complains that he is tired when we have to walk any far distance but he is full of energy any other time. We ended our day with an ice cream run to my favorite place, Jeni's. Carly passed out as soon as we hit the road, and the boys performed a concert on the way home. (videos to come)

Do people tell you that you should cut Owen's hair? I hear that from certain family members about Logan's hair. My answer is NO, NEVER, and BUT OUT.
I don't get it from family members, but strangers. They will say, "Oh you need a hair cut, don't ya" to him. Annoying. I LOVE his long hair (Logans too!).
I actually just chopped it though. He gets SO hot in the summer. Luckily it grows fast and will be long again soon. My mom said, he's just not Owen without his long hair, and she is right!
